In

information from your school based on agreed MoU.
We get your personal information mailny from your school.
The personal
information that we collect from school information management system are :
First Name, Last Name, Class Info, Teachers Info, Parents and Sibling Info,
Fees and fees payment records, Daily assignment and submission, Exam and result data.
Information collected through our
Apps
In Short: We may collect information regarding
your geo-location,
mobile device,
push notifications,
when you use our
apps.
If you use our Apps,
we may also collect the following information:
- Geo-Location Information. We may request access or
permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously
or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you wish
to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
- Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission
to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's
calendar,
camera,
contacts,
microphone,
reminders,
sms messages,
storage, and other features. If
you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
- Push Notifications. We may request to send you push
notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. If you wish to opt-out from
receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

purposes based on agreed MoU with your school and their legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you,
compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
We use personal information collected via our Sakal information management system
Apps for a variety
of business purposes fo you school described below.
We use the information we collect or receive:
To send administrative information to
you. We may use your personal
information to send you notification generated by school information management system.
To enable user-to-user communications. We may use your information in order to enable user-to-user
communications with each user's consent.
To
manage
user
accounts.
We
may
use
your
information
for
the
purposes
of
managing
our
account
and
keeping
it
in
working
order.
To
deliver
services
to
the
user.
We
may
use
your
information
to
provide
you
with
the
requested
service.
3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED
WITH ANYONE?

Apps, which

Apps over

INFORMATION?

we have viable contract and MoU with your school and necessary to fulfill the interest of your school management.

SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal
information through a system of organizational and technical security
measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security
measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also
remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best
to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our
Apps is at your own
risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.
6. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK
FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile
applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your
privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.
No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As
such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically
communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that
we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this
